The Costa Vista RV Park Resort in San Diego, CA is located on 19 acres of redeveloped tidelands. Its signature feature is a pool deck that overlooks San Diego Bay and looks like something you'd see in a high-end hotel. The resort touts 197 traditional RV stalls and 49 townhome-style parked RVs for rent. Costa Vista is the perfect destination for RV owners to make themselves at home, even when in between destinations. Recently, SYNLawn® Seattle assisted in the installation of the resort's new putting green, 2 bocce ball courts, 2 dog parks, a play area for children, and 42 small front yards. At SYNLawn® Seattle, we believe in being ecologically considerate. We are the first company in our industry to offer USDA-certified products. This means that those products that carry this certification, are made with more than 70% bio-based content. To do this, we work with local soy farmers to replace large amounts of petroleum from our manufacturing process and instead use materials including soybean oil and sugarcane. Our EnviroLoc™ backing system is made from these materials and helps make our Seattle artificial grass recyclable, reducing the impact we have on local landfills. EnviroLoc™ secures turf fibers to prevent shedding, optimizes drainage thanks to its porous body, conserves gallons of water, and lowers carbon emissions by eliminating the need for maintenance.

As mentioned, SYNTipede 343 is manufactured with Super Yarn™. This proprietary technology combines three components that are responsible for this incredible yarn formula. To begin, a powerful antimicrobial from Sanitized is applied to the fibers, which kills 99 percent of germs while also preventing mold, bacteria, and pet odors. Second, DualChill™ IR reflective technology is applied to our grass fibers to minimize infrared light absorption and give increased durability. Finally, StatBlock™ anti-static technology helps to reduce static electricity accumulation for extra safety and comfort.

SYNTipede 343 is IPEMA certified, meaning that the many visitors of Costa Vista RV Resort can reduce common injuries and abrasions, and soften the blow of falls up to ten feet. In the event that a fire breaks out this artificial grass meets the criteria needed to gain a Class A fire rating from ASTM. This rating allows first responders more time to arrive and put out the blaze as well as reduce property damage and further help to prevent injuries.
